Return and Exchange Policy – Brand Shoes Store In our effort to ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a clear and flexible return and exchange policy according to the following conditions: First: Return Policy The customer has the right to request a product return within 3 days only from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all original packaging and accessories. The return fee is 30 SAR, which covers the cost of the return shipping policy. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the error is on our part (such as sending a different or damaged product). Second: Exchange Policy The customer can request an exchange within 5 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all original packaging and accessories. The exchange fee is 50 SAR, which includes the cost of the shipping policy and resending the replacement product. The exchange process begins after confirming receipt of the product to be exchanged at our warehouses. Important notes: Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product or one with a manufacturing defect), the request will be processed without any additional charges to the customer.
